Charming Charlies
This is a new accessory store at San Tan mall. They have some cute items and I like how the store is organized by color. The other day I saw these boots for sale in there. They are similar to galloshes(plastic/rubber) but with a cowboy flair.

it's a cute shop. I got 2 pairs of sunglasses there :)
I think San Tan is the only mall in the Phoenix area I havent been to
