Today I went to Usery Mountain Regional Park and hiked the Wind Cave Trail. It is 1.6 miles each way and took about 2 hours. What a gorgeous day to be outside and enjoy the scenery. See the little chipmunk wanting a snack? I have not been hiking for a few years I wonder if my legs will be hurting tomorrow. I feel great now!

Agreed with responders 1 and 2 and want to add that I'm very jealous. Looks like a place I might need to add to my list o' places to see.
