While driving to work this morning I saw a horse and cowboy waiting on the corner of University to cross the street. Once the light turned he proceeded to walk the horse across the street and continue on their way to where... Who knows? Why was the guy not riding the horse?

That is AWESOME!!! I am guessing he is not riding him @ busy intersections in case something spooks the horse...like car horns??
Maybe he rides him on side streets??
