I bought new blinds to install on my back door last week. So far they are still sitting on the bed in the guest room. I think I need a drill but am not sure if I will be able to use the holes from the old blinds or not. If not I will need a drill. I have not taken the old ones down yet to check. I went to Sears yesterday and Home Depot today to look at drills but not sure what I want/need, Walmart has a little battery charged 6v drill for $10.78... maybe that will work:)
