Delicious food...appetizer was seafood wontons with a yummy apricot sauce, entree of scallops with cauliflower and broccoli(shown) and heath bar flavored ice cream with slivers of chocolates on the side. The cute tree was outside the restaurant in old town Scottsdale.

Animal Kingdom

First thing we did here was meet up with Nichole and Mike then we all went to see It is Tough to be a Bug. There are a few surprises during this show that may scare little kids. Walked thru several different countries looking for real animals and did not see any yet so we went to get something to drink then went to ride a Dino roller coaster which both Nicole and Kim were scared to get on, it is a little roller coaster nothing like Thunder Mountain that had a really long wait. Mike took a funny video on the ride of the two of them. We were looking for the safari tour and asked someone how to get there but were told all the animals go inside at 5:30pm so we could not see them. Decided to go to Magic Kingdom and find Hollie, Madison and their friends.

Epcot

Beautiful day for walking around the park and enjoying the different countries. First we waited in line a little over an hour to ride Soaring, it is like you are hang gliding over California. Duffy Bear is so cute.

TREX

The new restaurant at Downtown Disney by the same owners as the Rainforest cafe.

Walt Disney World

Last weekend was the first time I have been to Orlando and we(my sister and I) spent the entire time at various Disney parks. I highly recommend staying at a Disney property, we stayed at Carribean beach:) We had purchased a park hopper as part of the UCA Cheer package which allowed us to visit the parks anytime and even after hours at certain parks on different nights. Friday night after we checked in I wanted to go to the Magic Kingdom and see the nightly fireworks and to ride Space Mountain and Dumbo(Kim is on the Dumbo behind me). It was cold but I was happy the rain had stopped for the evening. Saturday was Hollie's cheer competition at Hollywood Studios and the weather did not want to cooperate, rained all day. Had a good time watching her perform, except for some mean cheer parents in the stands, we found a seat in the fifth row. Rode Star Tours and the ride scared Kim. Sunday we went to Epcot, Animal Kingdom and then back to Magic Kingdom. Monday morning headed to Downtown Disney so Kim can shop for the kids and then returned to the hotel to catch the Magic Express to the airport for the return trip home.

Fultons Crab House

Delicious snow crab legs for dinner Saturday night! Located at one end of Downtown Disney this place has good appetizers too. Entertainment provided by Mike, Kim and Nichole.
