Guess what? I made turkey green Chile enchiladas yesterday. They came out pretty tasty. Could have used a little more cheese. I think Blogger Droid did not believe me because I tried to post this yesterday and realized it did not go thru.

I am actually looking forward to cooking! made kinda of a standard, non-wow dinner tonight, but it's a tough week/long day. I'm gonna start soon - stay tuned :)
