The other day I was shopping at Safeway and one of the baristas was giving out samples of caramel machiatos. Love the groceries with Starbucks especially when they are slow:)

Target has the Sonic electric toothbrush on sale for $39.98 and in the Sunday paper there is a coupon for $10 off. Picked one up for a little over $30:)

Nail polish

I found the Turquoise Shatter polish at Ulta thursday evening. I think I would like it better if I had a bright color underneath instead of purple. Maybe white, coral or silver?

Toni's birthday

I had not been to Bobby McGee's(now Bobby Q's) for at least 7 years. When I lived on the west side of town I used to go there once in a while since it was close. Last night we went to celebrate Toni's birthday. She is pictured with the huge drink and her sister. They have a good happy hour with a free buffet until 8pm, build it yourself nachos were yummy.

Mingus Manor

I saw this story on Fox 10 news last night and wanted to share. I wish I had a big yard to take in some of these adorable dogs! Check out the Available forever friends. This organization takes in dogs when their owners have either gone into assisted living or have passed. They are called the unadoptables but still have plenty of love to give!

Turquoise is no where to be found

Have you seen the new Opi polish? It is called Shatter and comes in 6 colors. I want turquoise and cannot find it here. I went to San Tan yesterday...sold out. Today I went to Ulta on Camelback, Tempe Marketplace and one on Baseline...all sold out! The girl said to check back wednesday when they get a truck in but cannot guarantee this will be on it.

Found a cute suit today and got it for over half off! I love a good sale. Now I need to go thru my closet again and see what I can purge.
