Superbowl central

Headed to downtown Phoenix this morning to check out Superbowl central. I had fun walking around looking at everything and bonus no rain yet. Cool props for various photo opportunities. The soccer team wanted to be on tv and started chanting to get NBC to turn around and they took pics of them lol. Never seen a faucet like this, it was outside the Porta potties. Dignity Health had an event for kids to make sure they always wear helmets.

Snack stadium

How cool is this? All the snacks used to make the replica of university of Phoenix stadium are being donated to St Vincent DePaul food bank. This is on display at Fashion Square mall thru tomorrow.

Barrio ' s new restaurant

Tonight I went to Barrio Urbano on 7th st and Montebello. Delicious!  I had the Arizona burrito and coconut cake for dessert.

Football and friends

Started out the day having breakfast with my friend from college and her daughter at Waffle House. Later I met them at their family's house to watch the Cowboys game. Poor little puppy Ben, fell in the pool. Gustavo rescued him and he was scared but doing ok. Ben can't hear and Leticia rescued him a few months ago. He is one of the sweetest dogs ever. Great day spending time with everyone!

Flip flop time

Two pedicures please to start the year off right:) Love this color! Catching up with Keri-Ann and then appetizers at Gordon Biersch and a little shopping at San Tan. It is pretty cold for flip flops right now but a girls gotta do it.

Happy New Year!

This year I spent new years eve with Sandi and extended family. We released a turquoise paper lantern in Bekki ' s honor, her favorite color. Nana made menudo, I did not try any but Jason did and he is not a fan. Wish I had some good tamales though. We all made it to midnight, it was questionable if Ruben was going to be able to stay awake. We had fun playing wii dance party! Adrian went to join some  friends but I got a photo with him before he left. This morning Sandi and I went to the big Dillard's sale, disappointed I did not buy anything here, chaos!
