Red devil pizza

Celebrated Ruben and Bekki's birthdays tonight at red devil. Yummy pizza and wings then chocolate cupcakes with blue frosting. Jacob is being silly while Jordan is thinking sheesh little brother.

Manicure

It has been quite a while since I got a manicure. Went today with Sandi to a place on Litchfield in Peoria and tried gel polish for the first time. So far I really like it. I think the pic of my right hand kinda looks funny. Left hand was using her louie purse for the background.

Homecoming

Last Saturday my niece went to homecoming, she is in pink and her bff in black. Don't they look great:) My sister was supposed to send me some pictures and never did so my niece sent me these two. The football game was Friday and dance the next day, I thought these used to both be on the same day.

Snoopy license plate

I want one! Right now California needs 7500 licensed drivers to say they want this plate, then pay the $50 fee and the plates go into production. The proceeds go to supporting Calif museums so it is a win for all.

The price is right

Saturday night Jess, Tricia and I went to see the live show. We got there three hours early to register to be a contestant. Had to wait outside in line for an hour and 20 minutes, good thing in was in the shade and had a slight breeze. The show was different that the one on tv. Games were the same but four contestants were called, one got on stage and the rest went back to their seats. To spin wheel three people called up and one winner, also for final showcase only one person bid. Biggest prize won was a trip to Vegas to see live show there. Too bad none of us were called to participate or won a prize between games. As Bob Barker would say remember  to spay or neuter your animals.  Overall it was fun!

Friday the 13th

Had a great day at Mini Dell World at Chase field today. Started out seeing some products and services being offered thru various vendors and received some neat swag; flying monkey and flash drives to name a few. Next lunch and Ian Burke with Dell software speaking, few more presentations then off to choose what topics you want to hear more about. In the McAfee session I learned Intel bought McAfee a few years ago. Next baseball, appetizers before, played Ms Pac-man and centipede, took a photo in hot air balloon, dinner and then the game. Also took a picture with the 2001 world series trophy, waiting to get from Laura M.

What to do for slow filling tank

Last night my toilet was taking 30 minutes plus to fill the tank. I google how to fix today. Either clean the parts or replace was the fix. I choose replace. Stopped at hone depot on way home and picked up new float thing. Box states takes 15 minutes to complete task. After an hour trying to unscrew the way too tight bolt on the bottom I was finally able to get the old piece out of the tank. Took about another 20 minutes to adjust and tighten new screw. Turn on water and flush. No leaks and fills fast!! So happy:)

Candy corn Oreos

I caved and bought them Sunday. Saw these at target on Saturday and was good and left them in the store, not so good the next day. The cookies are pretty yummy.

First NFL game

My nephew and his dad went to the first Steelers game of the season and this is Blas's first time seeing the Steelers in person.  How exciting to be at Heinz field watching the plays, they had good seats. This is the trophy from the superbowl against the cardinals :(
