Fresh and easy had a new coconut wine. I bought it to try....don't waste your money. It is tastes gross, maybe because I do not like white wine?

Duets

I watched this show on ABC last week. It was pretty good, I like one of the people Kelly Clarkson picked and one Jennifer Nettles picked, their voices complemented each other nicely. Did anyone else watch? On again tomorrow at 7.

Backflip

My friends Suzanne and Johnny decided to come to Phoenix and visit, last minute road trip with two of their four kids. The boys, Jacob and Noah brought along their friend Mason, all love to scooter and wanted to go to KTR(Kids that Rip) skatepark.  Good thing they went Sunday because they were closed today for Memorial day. Sunday they spend 3 hours at KTR and another 2+ hours at FreeZone in Gilbert. Here is a video of Jacob perfecting the backflip on a scooter. He almost had the landing. Happy Birthday to Johnny today, he gets to drive 6 hours home.

2 shoes

Today while shoe shopping I spotted these shoes. They win the prize of being the ugliest of the day. I ended the day without any new shoes.

Pampered chef party

Last night Bekki had a pampered chef party. I had three pieces of strawberry blueberry cookie pie:) Ended up buying a can opener that removes the entire metal lid from the top, good for my cans of beans. I also purchased the new brownie pan, looks similar to a twelve cup muffin pan but with squares. It comes with different recipes!

Cupcakes

I decided to bring cupcakes to an event tomorrow. I was going to get Sprinkles but wanted to try something new. Found the Coffee Shop online, looks like a nice place to eat.  The cupcakes look yummy. Had a devils food one too and gave it to the little two year old behind me because it was the last one and she wanted it, got birthday cake instead. Spot wants one too.

Landscaping gone wrong

I get home this evening and this is what I see.  Really the hoa had to cut down all random bushes?! I wish they would cut down the tree by my backyard that another big branch blew off with the wind yesterday! I especially liked the bushes in front of my window which are now nothing but stubs.

No manufacturer coupons

Yes, that is right Fresh and Easy does not accept manufacturers coupons. I found this out tonight when I tried to use my .75 off coupon for coffee. Not happy.

Friday night

Last night I met some friends at Postinos in Gilbert. This is a great location. They have good food, I tried the white bean and artichoke dip with assorted breads, cheddar potato soup and the caramel sundae. No one cared for the chocolate covered cornnuts. Great outside area since the evenings are so nice now. Loved the sticker.
