I am thankful I am healthy! For the most part I try to eat right but still have a hard time getting motivated to exercise. I have several workout videos but get tired doing them, maybe a new one is needed? Somehow I think the bread section made it to the top of my pyramid and needs to be cut back.

healthy is always hard for me in the winter! woke up to 35 degrees this morning and just want comfort foods :)
