I went to St Marys food bank to volunteer this afternoon. Before we went into the warehouse there was a brief orientation on who they are. Three numbers to remember 7, 5 and 4. Everyday in Arizona one in 7 seniors has to decide how to best spend their money; food, rent, medicine, utilities what will they do without? One in five adults has to manage how to feed their family every day. One in four children would go hungry if they didn't get a free lunch at school.
I am thankful for what I have and the people in my life!
